Agile methods are used to accelerate time-tomarket for their products and the ability to move quickly yet predictably is a key benefit. So, whether you measure success by 'On Time Delivery' or meeting business objectives, you will want to be using agile methods.


This half day workshop will introduce you to the concepts, tools and methods of the agile approach to project delivery. 


Intended Audience:


New Project Managers, people who are working on a project, team leaders or people who want to run a project. No prior knowledge is required.

  • The difference between Agile methods and predictive project methods
  • Agile tools and when to use them
  • Agile roles within the team
  • Applying scrum techniques for your project
  • Benefits and drawbacks of different project management processes


As a result of attending this half day training participants will:

  • Know what Agile approaches to use
  • Learn about the tools used in Agile methods
  • Apply the Agile phases to a project
  • Understand the products (deliverables) of the Agile approach
  • Have an action plan to work on
