This workshop provides an overview and practice with the most commonly used management and leadership tools. You can work on your own business during the workshop. You can use the tools to plan for the next steps in your business, and use the practical output to get started on putting it into action. It provides an overview of when and why you would want to use each tool and how each one can help you plan for the future, solve a problem or get consensus on an issue. The tools help with strategy, personal effectiveness and problem solving. 

Intended Audience:

Anyone who needs help with planning or solving problems. The workshop will focus on a range of tools that can help with decision making, process mapping, goal setting and many more techniques. No prior knowledge is required.
